RMA Process – Return Manufacturer Authorization

Return Merchandise Authorization - Repair, Service, or Warranty

For repair, service or warranty;

- All Drive Recorder have a 1 year warranty from date of purchase
- No warranty on memory card as this is a wear & tear item.
- $35 diagnostic fee per unit may apply - The fee will be waived if you agree to the repair cost there after (out of warranty or physical damage is present).
- Repair cost will vary, dependent on diagnostic/inspection. All repair work will be completed once a confirmation from sender is given.


If you agree to the above
, please follow these step carefully below:


1) RMA Authorization Form:

- Download the RMA form below

- Completely fill out the digital RMA Authorization Form in PDF (Acrobat Reader) or fill by hand after printing
- Read, Sign & Print the form.
- Ship the completed form & return merchandise together to:

note: RMA number is company name +  mmddyy (current date)  ie: planethalo_072618)

2) Send in the complete package for a thorough analysis:

- YES - Camera, USB Cable, Keep Micro SD Card in slot, Wifi Dongle or any other internet devices is required for the RMA.
*See below picture for reference.

- NO GPS bracket, Tamper-proof bracket or power cable is required to send back.

3) Email the RMA form & tracking number to :

Once Planet Halo have received the package, Planet Halo's support team will reach out to you on diagnostic information by the email you have provided.
