Company
Company Name: Your company name
Company Number: Your company location number if any (ie: building 1, building 2)
Tel: Your company main phone number
Email: Your company email address
Timezone: Your company location timezone
Speed Unit: Choose what speedometer unit you want to be shown for your country. USA = MPH (miles per hour).
Photo: Upload your company logo to be displayed on the top left of the dashboard. Size 220x50 pixel is best fit when uploading.
Memo: Notes Area for Planet Halo or your admin.
Permission: This will grant these specific function for specific accounts you have created.
Supervisor = Owner
Manager = Fleet Manager
Staff = Dispatch Personal
All = Function is enabled for all accounts created
Account
1) From the top bar, click “Management”.
3) Fill or Edit all the required information in:
Account Name: Login ID: Password: You can not view anyone's password, but can reset password to something new. Type New > Save. Tel: E-mail: Timezone: Speed Unit: Daily Event Counter Refresh Time: (leave default) Availability: Valid or Expire
Authority: Set account type Vehicle Group: Leave empty to allow this account to view all vehicle groups, if not select specific.
4) Click Save

How to Add Vehicle Groups.
Once logged into your account at trackmycam.com
1) From the top bar, click “Management”.
2) Under Vehicle on the left, Select Vehicle Group
3) Click Insert
2) Enter Group Name / Discriptions
3) Availability = Valid to enable account. You can disable account by expiring it (when modifying existing accounts or to put it temporarily on hold).
4) Firmware: Leave blank.
5) List order will allow you to sort your groups on dashboard from top to bottom numerically.
6) Click Save.
All of your vehicles are listed here.
Planet Halo will preset/add all vehicles and cameras in here.
Driver
This driver group will allow you to separate your drivers in groups to better allow you to manage them from different regions/shifts etc - when adding driver names, you can assign them to a specific group you created.
Note* You must add at least 1 driver group first prior creating a driver.

How to Add Driver Group.
1) Click Insert
2) Enter Group Name / Descriptions
